破損および問題
注文の受領時に商品を確認し、商品に欠陥がある場合や破損している場合、または間違った商品をお受け取りになった場合は早急にご連絡ください。

その際には受け取り当日中にご連絡頂き、開封時の写真を添付ください。

それ以外の返品、交換は受け付けられません。

欧州連合の14日間のクーリングオフ期間
上記にかかわらず、マーチャンダイズが欧州連合域内に発送されている場合、いかなる理由でも、正当な理由を示すことなく、14日以内に注文をキャンセルするか返品する権利があります。上記と同様ですが、商品は受け取ったときと同じ状態であり、未着用または未使用であり、タグが付いており、元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。レシートまたは購入した証拠も必要になります。

 

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

In such cases, please contact us on the same day you receive the item and attach a photo of the item when you opened it.

Otherwise, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a valid reason. As above, but the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
